My name is Danyale woodland. I am 23 years old. This is my first time blogging so bare with me for a bit until I get the hang of it all. I am trying to get into blogging to see where it takes me and to see if I like it. I also want to share my findings of living a long joyful healthy life, with other people! If any of you have any good recommendations To help me understand blogging, please feel free to comment and let me know. The main topic I will be blogging about is nutrition. Any nutrition that has to with holistic and diet therapy, I love!! I just finished my associates at UVU and I am trying to find a program in nutrition. many years now I have suffered from digestive distress and also a lot of anxiety and stress. People kept telling me " it's in your head", well I knew that to a certain degree it was, but I also knew that part of this problem was in fact specifically related to my gut ( maybe which is why regular therapy was not working for me). Don't get me wrong, psychology is great and helps many people, just not me per say. I recently have felt that if I can fix my gut, I can fix most of my problems. Fixing my gut may not solve all my problem, though I wish it would. few years ago And up to this point I have been diagnosed with many food allergies, IBS, gluten intolerance. I was allergic to basically every food and the components that were in the food such as vitamins and so on. My main goal is to heal my gut through diet, exercise and supplements. Most my allergies have cleared up due to the NAET. I have been gluten free for about 9 months and dairy free for 3 months. I am also experimenting with the paleo diet or in other words the caveman diet. Because of my findings through all the books that I have read, and through my wonderful team of doctors, I am finally figuring it out. There have been days where I have felt like a new person, due to my proper working gut! My philosophy is " if my gut happy, I am extremely happy!"
